No orders will be accepted telephonically, via personal messaging/mailing or via social media.
Mayalief will email an invoice (including courier fees) to the email address provided within 24 hours. Please check your SPAM folders.
Full payment of the invoice is required to be processed.
If Payments are made via direct electronic funds transfer (EFT). Proof of payment should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Order Id should be used as reference.
If Payments are made via Payfast Payment Gateway, Mayalief will get Proof of payment from Payfast Payment Gateway.
Orders, without any payment made within 48 hours from when the invoice was sent, will be followed up on via email and if left unanswered, you order will automatically be cancelled.
All sale items must be paid within 24hours, sale orders left unpaid will be cancelled without notification.
T’s and C’s regarding courier/collection and lead time:
PLEASE NOTE: Mayalief lists Collection as a shipping option if the address provided is in Gauteng. If you wish to collect your product(s) from 58 Skool Street, La Montange, Pretoria, choose this shipping method.
Please arrange a date/time for collection once order is completed and ready for collection. (We operate by appointment only.)
Please collect during the week from 9h00 to 15H30.
No collections are to be arranged over weekends or public holidays.
Normal lead time for any order is between 2-3days (unless otherwise specified in product listing) after payment has cleared. It will then be shipped out and can take anything from 2-7 working days to be delivered. This timetable may vary in a busy season and you will be notified if your order may take longer.
Regarding courier fees: Mayalief reserves the right to use the most economical courier option. Delivery of urgent orders is subject to quotation. Bulky consignments and deliveries to outlying areas may incur a surcharge.
Mayalief will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Orders are open for South African residents only. Any international orders must be selected as collection and pick-up must be arranged by you (either family/friends or your own courier company)
T’s and C’s regarding returns and refunds:
Imperfect items are listed so and no exchanges or refunds will be given on any such product.
No returns will be allowed on sale goods.
Product that are faulty and not reported within 2 weeks will not be exchanged or refunded
Product that are delivered broken and not reported within 2 weeks will not be exchanged or refunded
Ordered items are considered sold. Payments are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products.

If you wish to return an item that you ordered wrongly, want to exchange for another colour or any other reason; you will be solely responsible for all delivery costs and you will be charged with a 10% handling fee- Firstly you will need to send the product back to 58 Skool street, la Montagne or arrange with me via email. Once I have received the product in the same condition as sent out, I will send an invoice for the handling fee and additional delivery charges, once payment has been received I will send the new item.
Further T’s and C’s regarding Orders during Covid19 and measurements that have been put into place:
We do not regard any of our products as essential and orders will NOT be shipped during Level 5 Lockdown.
Orders placed during this time or any other level of Lockdown, will be sent asap according to government regulations. We trust you can respect the decision made by us to avoid legal actions toward Mayalief or our personnel.
By placing a order using the online ordering system, you accept and are bound by these added Covid 19 terms and conditions and cannot cancel your order due to our decision to not ship immediately.
Furthermore I trust you can understand that our lead time to finalise orders have been compromised as I too am a mother of two, that now tend to them, full time until they return to school. I do take your orders seriously and will process them as soon as possible and within a reasonable lead time.
Until we have reached Level 2 of Lockdown no collections will be allowed.
